Delete your account

What gets deleted

• Your profile, photo, student card image and verification record
• Your email address, date of birth, university, city and country
• Your messages, session history, ratings and reviews
• Every study session you hosted, and the records attached to those sessions
• Your follows, blocks, notification settings and saved sessions

Some records are kept where the law requires it or where deleting them would erase someone else’s data — for example, a moderation report another person filed about a session. Those are retained without your profile attached. See the privacy policy for retention periods.

How it works

1. Enter the email address on your account below.
2. We email you a one-time link, valid for one hour, to confirm it is really you.
3. Clicking it files the request. Our team reviews and completes the deletion.
4. You get a final email once it is done.

Already have the app? Settings → Account → Delete account does the same thing, and lets you withdraw the request while it is still open.
